A Gluten Free Safari with Honeybuns
My highlight of a Gluten Free 2009 was easily a day trip to a Gluten Free Safari, run by the Honeybuns, in Dorset. After the long drive from Cambridgeshire, I found myself driving up the idyllic driveway to Honeybuns HQ, Naish Farm, Sherborne in Dorset.
I truly believe, that to eat a Honeybuns cake is to know them.
The presentation of Honeybuns is a reflection of them as people and as a company. As soon as you take a bite, you know there is a Thatcher repairing the roof; farm animals enjoying the early morning sun and when you walk through the pastel door of the Bee shack, you know it's just … going to be a wonderful day.
